
Anne-Marie Gaudet is responsible for the Social Responsibility and Community Relations practice line at WSP in Canada. Her passion lies in supporting clients develop dynamic strategies and implement engagement and social performance actions, that deliver positive outcomes for organizations, communities, and individuals. As a former executive with the Government of Canada in various departments and at the Port of Québec, she led numerous initiatives aimed at building bridges through dialogue between communities, stakeholders, and interested parties, promoting more sustainable and constructive economic development that brings significant value to communities. She brings 25 years of experience in various major areas of development within or near communities in Canada in the southern and northern and Indigenous contexts. Her approach emphasizes close collaboration with clients through active listening, focusing on creating meaningful change and inspiring sustainable and respectful practices that foster shared mutual benefits.
