A member of the Huron-Wendat Nation, Mr. Vincent has made significant contributions to the economic and social development of First Nations across Canada. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BAA) from Université Laval. A Chartered Professional Accountant, he holds the titles of Fellow (FCPA, FCA) and Accredited Indigenous Financial Manager (GFAA). In recognition of his career, the Governor General of Canada awarded him the Meritorious Service Cross (CSM). He also served as Vice Grand Chief of the Huron-Wendat Nation from 2008 to 2018. Mr. Vincent played a key role in founding the Indigenous Commercial Credit Society and the Indigenous Savings Society of Canada, both of which he chairs. He also contributed to the creation of the National Association of Indigenous Financial Institutions (NACCA) and the first venture capital company for First Nations in Quebec, now known as Investissement Premières Nations du Québec. Additionally, he sits on several boards, including the First Nations Financial Management Board, the First Nations Housing Market Fund, and COGIR Real Estate. His leadership and contributions have been pivotal in advancing the financial and economic interests of Indigenous communities.
